Mosser's Shoes Returns & Refunds

You may return your unworn shoes in their original box within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. After 30 days, returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. We will credit you for the returned shoes when we receive them in unworn condition.

PLEASE CALL, TOLL-FREE, 866-466-7737 (or 217-398-1102) TO OBTAIN AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER BEFORE SENDING YOUR SHOES BACK TO US. Products received without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

Please note the following::

  • Products must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products must include their original shoeboxes, in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns must be accompanied by our return/exchange form.
  • Returns must be shipped to us via UPS or insured parcel post, so that we can still issue you a credit in the event that the package is lost or damaged.
  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we'll refund the product price, plus sales tax (if applicable). Sorry, we cannot refund shipping or pay for return shipping.
